Rehabilitative Services with Medicare Certification

The Manor at Hearthstone Communities is Medicare Certified and our comprehensive rehabilitation services help speed up your recovery from surgery or illness. With a personalized approach to care, you get therapy designed just for you by experienced and caring therapy professionals. To help you regain your highest level of independence is our primary goal.

A therapy area with strength training equipment is on site.

Therapy services at Hearthstone are provided in partnership by Infinity Rehab. Since 1999, Infinity Rehab has been recognized for its therapists’ quality clinical care and their dedication to all those they serve. Infinity Rehab strives to continue their philosophy of putting integrity above all else by achieving quality patient outcomes.

Infinity Rehab was founded and is led by a team of therapists. It serves patients in skilled nursing facilities, schools and outpatient settings in continuing care communities, free-standing assisted living and retirement living facilities in more than 200 facilities across eight states. Infinity Rehab is a leading provider of clinically intensive, comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapy in the sub-acute and long-term care environment.

Hearthstone Communities will soon begin a remodeling project, the Mary and Carl Mueller Rehabilitation Center. The Rehabilitation Center will reflect the growing demand for modern, private, dignified accommodations for people who need physical rehabilitation after surgery or a medical event.
