Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)

The Village at Hearthstone Communities and The Manor at Hearthstone Communities are part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community, (CCRC) that provides all levels of senior assistance, from independent retirement living to skilled nursing care. Hearthstone Communities CCRC includes The Village at Hearthstone Communities, an independent and assisted living apartment community that includes cottages for independent seniors. The Manor at Hearthstone Communities Rehabilitative and Nursing Care has licensed Sheltered Care/Assisted Living, rehabilitation, a dedicated Alzheimer's disease and dementia program, and Intermediate and Skilled Nursing Care with Medicare Certification.

Being able to move from one level of care to another within the same campus provides continuous care for our residents without the stress of changing surroundings. The familiar faces of our care givers are always nearby to help. Opportunities for fellowship, life enrichment programs, and intergenerational activities within faith based surroundings, are what make our senior community superior.
