Hearthstone Manor is part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that provides multiple options for senior living, from an independent retirement community to skilled nursing care, on the same campus. Hearthstone Manor is one of three divisions managed by Hearthstone Communities, a not for profit, faith-based organization.
