Located in the historic town of Woodstock, Illinois is Hearthstone Manor which provides rehabilitative, dementia and nursing care. Friends and fellowship develop naturally with our faith-based hospitality and care. Hearthstone Manor offers several levels of care to accommodate the evolving supportive and medical needs of our residents. These include: Sheltered Care (Assisted Living) Secured Alzheimer's disease and dementia program Intermediate and Skilled Nursing assistance Rehabilitative Care Medicare Certification

Our nurturing and dedicated staff is comprised of qualified professionals, including registered and licensed practical nurses, therapists, activities and social service personnel.

Hearthstone Manor is part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that provides multiple options for senior living, from an independent retirement community to skilled nursing care, on the same campus.  Hearthstone Manor is one of three divisions managed by Woodstock Christian Life Services, a not for profit, faith-based organization.
